The Meditation of the Heart

The Meditation of the Heart is a meditation on the mantra "God is love".

For fifteen minutes we move the mantra silently in our hearts. We experience an expansion of our love and the feeling of being safe and sound in divine love.
The daily meditation helps us to live love and experience love. We invite our heavens to come to earth. A transformation which directly makes a mark in our daily life, because we are aligning ourselves to love, again and again. 'God is love‘ is becoming reality in our life.

The regular practice helps to calm the mind and to reach a deeper level of recitation. 'God is love‘ is anchoring in us, untouched from everyday life, undisturbed from our thoughts. We recommend to meditate in the morning and evening, but at least once a day. The mantra should be recitated in your first language.

If you decide to practice "The Meditation of the Heart" on a regular base, then you can ask me for a free initiation. It is a half hour ceremony incl. 15 min. meditation. With this initiation you can experience an easier and deeper flow of the meditation.
Take your time, we suggest four weeks, to decide about being initiated.

Requirement for the initiation is to be absolutely free from drugs.

The Meditation "I am happy, I am love, I am light."

A meditation with the mantra: " I am happy, I am love, i am light."


We feel the presence of the mantra in all chakras and expand ourselves with this mantra.

The meditation helps us to feel our power to ancre ourselves in the presence of the here and now and to bring our heaven, our visions into manifestation.


We recommend to meditate in the morning and evening for 15 minutes each. The mantra should be recitated in your first language.

The meditation of the heart and the meditation about " I am happy, I am love, I am light" compliment each other.

They can be used either one at a time, alternating or in a longer meditation one after the other. Crucial for your choice is the experience of inner centering, expansion and love during the meditation. Where we feel at home that's where we are in the best place for that moment.

You're welcome to join the free Meditation on Tuesday evening 6.00 - 6.30pm and Thursday morning 9.30 - 10.00am.

Every month around the New Moon you are invited to a guided morning meditation. Meditation can help to feel more centred, peaceful, grounded and relaxed. The next nature themed meditation is planned for Tuesday, 27. August 2019, 10.30 - 11.30am.  £12/ £10. A cup of tea will be served afterwards. Please confirm your attendance!
